Our mode of transportation includes air transportation and shipping;  Generally, we choose faster shipping to ensure that customers can receive products faster. Sorry for the unstable international freight due to the epidemic. In order not to reduce the quality of our service, we have temporarily closed international services, and orders are only sent to the continental United States. If there are subsequent adjustments, we will announce it on the website, please understand.
We default to USPS First Class Shipping. Designated express delivery is not accepted by Convyu’s official website.

  1. Freight

Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
Our order processing time is 1 to 2 business days.
The postage rates are as follows:

Sales taxes are borne by the customer.
If you find any damage after receiving the goods, please contact us in time and we will deal with it properly.

  1. Deliver goods

The normal transportation cycle of USPS First Class Shipping is 2 to 5 business days. In the event of large events and a sharp increase in the number of active orders, there will be slight delays in delivery times. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Due to COVID-19, the delivery time may be longer.

  1. How to solve the problem that the goods are transported too long

If the user does not receive the goods within 30 natural days, you can contact us by email at [email protected] and we will arrange for you to resend the goods.

  1. How to solve the loss of goods?

As wood products are relatively fragile, we will wrap the product in the safest way when shipping, but convyu is not responsible for any damage to the product due to the courier, please contact us with the order number and we will do our best to help you contact logistics companies.

  1. What if the order processing time is too long?

Please refer to point 3 for the delivery cycle. We are sorry if there is a timeout. You can contact us by email at [email protected], we will arrange a refund for you as soon as possible, and your payment amount will be returned to your payment account. The arrival time of the refund varies depending on the payment method, usually one or two working days.

  1. Acceptance / Receipt

Please check whether the package is in good condition before signing for it. In case of package damage or lack of goods;
Please reject and contact the customer service in time, and we will follow up and deal with it in time;
If someone else signs for receipt, it shall be deemed as the receipt by the consignee himself;
If the package is rejected due to customer reasons (not quality problems), the delivery cost shall be borne by the customer.

  1. Resend

Please check the order information carefully before payment, and the receiving information cannot be changed after delivery. If the delivery cannot be made due to the provision of the wrong address, which leads to the problem of modifying the address, you can email [email protected], and we will try to contact the express company to modify it. The additional freight or additional charges arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
